This page lists the columns that each Incremental Logs log type exports. When you export Incremental Logs with the Data Export action in an Automated Flow, Dengage writes the rows to the target table in your database or to the file on your FTP server using exactly these column names, types and lengths. Use this page to create the target tables before you activate the flow.

The log types are grouped the same way as in the app: Transactional log types for transactional sends and events, and Marketing log types for campaign sends, events, send targets, tags, control group contacts and uninstalled devices. How to Access

Navigation Path: Data Space > Data Flow > Automated Flows

Go to Data Space, then click Data Flow, and open the Automated Flows section. Open an Automated Flow, add the Data Export action, select Incremental Logs as the data source and click Next. The log types listed on this page appear under the Transactional and Marketing groups on the template selection step. Select the log type you want to export, then continue with the remote target and file settings.

How to Use This Page

Find the log type you selected in the Data Export action. The headings on this page use the same names and the same groups (Transactional, Marketing) as the app.
Create the target table in your database with the columns in that log type's table. Keep the column names as listed and choose a data type in your database that matches the Column Type and Column Length.
Activate the flow. Each run writes the rows for that log type to the target table.

How to read the tables

Column Name is the exact name Dengage writes. Use it as the column name in your target table.
Column Type is the data type of the exported value: STRING (text), INTEGER (whole number), BOOLEAN (true/false) or TIMESTAMP (date and time). Map each one to the matching type in your database.
Column Length is the maximum number of characters a STRING value can have. MAX means the value has no fixed limit, so use your database's largest text type for that column (for example, message contents and JSON payloads). N/A means the type has no length (INTEGER, BOOLEAN and TIMESTAMP columns).
If you export the same log type to more than one target, create the table with the same structure in each target.

Log types ending with "with Tags" or "With Gsm" contain the same columns as the base log type plus one extra column (tag_string or gsm). Both variants are listed in full below.

Transactional

Transactional log types cover messages sent through the transactional channels (Email, SMS, Push) and the panel audit log.
