Channel Reports

The Campaign Reports page provides a detailed performance overview of your campaigns across different communication channels. You can switch between channels using the filter, allowing you to analyze performance for Email, SMS/MMS, Push, On-Site, In-App, WhatsApp, or any other supported channel. All metrics on this page are calculated using unique values to ensure accurate reporting.

KPI Overview

At the top of the page, you will find high-level KPIs that summarize overall campaign performance for the selected channel and date range. These include Total Sent, Total Opens, Total Clicks, and Total Bounces. These metrics help you quickly understand delivery success, engagement levels, and potential delivery issues.

Download and Filters

Below the KPI section, you can access the Download option to export report data for external analysis or sharing. You can also refine the dataset using filters such as Campaign Name, Type (One Time or Recurring), Send Name, Subject, VMTA Name, Delivery Date, Sent To, and Tags. These filters help you narrow down results and focus on specific campaign segments.

Campaign Table

The main table provides a detailed breakdown of each campaign. Every row represents a campaign send and includes key performance columns such as Campaign Name, Type, Send Name, Subject, Delivery Date, Unique Opens, Unique Clicks, Conversion, Revenue, Visits, Bounces, and Total Targeted users. This structure allows you to compare campaign performance side by side and identify high-performing or underperforming sends.

Usage

You can use this table to evaluate engagement quality, track revenue impact, and monitor deliverability performance over time. Campaigns with higher open and click rates indicate stronger audience engagement, while bounce metrics help identify delivery or list quality issues.
