Assets
The Assets module is designed to manage key resources used within the system, primarily focused on two main areas: Image Library and Dynamic Content. This module streamlines the process of organizing, uploading, and managing visual and textual assets, ensuring seamless integration with other system components.
Image Library:
The Image Library section allows users to store, organize, and manage images efficiently. Images can be grouped within folders, with options to upload, delete, and copy image links. Users can easily add new images by selecting a file from their local storage, and manage image organization by creating new folders or navigating between existing ones. This structure supports streamlined image management, providing flexibility for content creation.
Dynamic Content:
The Dynamic Content section is designed for organizing and managing content that can change based on user interactions, such as emails or notifications. This content is also categorized into folders, with features like searching, filtering, and sorting to help users quickly find and organize content. Additionally, users can create new dynamic content, edit existing ones, and manage folder actions such as renaming, moving, or deleting. The content management interface allows for seamless switching between different content types and editors, providing full control over how dynamic content is structured and displayed.
Together, these two sections within the Assets module enable users to efficiently manage the resources needed for dynamic and personalized content delivery, improving workflow and content accessibility.
