Assets
Assets are the reusable pieces of your campaigns: personalized content blocks, coupon lists, and product recommendation rules. You create each asset once. You then use it in campaigns across channels such as email, SMS, and push.
This page introduces the three capabilities in the Assets group. Each capability has its own guide with step-by-step instructions. Use the table below to find the guide you need.
Find each capability in the app
In the app, open Content in the left menu, then find the Assets group.
| Capability | Use it to | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| Dynamic Content | Show different content to each recipient | Content > Assets > Dynamic Contents |
| Coupons | Create and track reusable coupon lists | Content > Assets > Coupons |
| Recommendation Rules | Choose which products each user sees | Content > Assets > Recommendation Engine |
Dynamic Content
Dynamic content adapts to each recipient. One message can show different text, images, or products per person, based on data such as language or purchase history. You can:
- Create content blocks in HTML, JSON, plain text, XML, or product box format.
- Organize blocks in folders, then search, filter, and sort them.
- Rename, move, or delete folders as your library grows.
Read the Dynamic Content & Customization guide for step-by-step instructions.
Coupons
Coupons holds reusable coupon lists for your campaigns. Each list is a container for coupon codes. You can:
- Create a coupon list once and use it in email, SMS, and push campaigns.
- Track redeemed and remaining codes for each list.
- Set automated reminders for your coupon lists.
Read the Coupons guide to create your first list.
Recommendation Rules
Recommendation rules decide which products each user sees and in which order. Use them in Product Box for email and in Recommendation Widgets for web and mobile apps. You can:
- Choose rule-based models such as Top Sellers, New Arrivals, or Category Best Sellers.
- Choose predictive models such as Similar Items or Frequently Bought Together.
- Apply some rules globally; give others an input such as a product, category, or user data.
The app menu lists this capability as Recommendation Engine.
Read the Recommendation Rules guide to build your first rule.
Keep your assets organized and accessible
- Give folders and assets descriptive names, for example "summer-sale-coupons". Teammates then find them without guessing.
- When a content block includes images, add alternative text. Screen reader users rely on it to understand your message.
- Delete unused assets so lists stay short and search results stay relevant.
