It helps you complete tasks faster by suggesting common questions, answering your queries in real time, and directing you to the right sections of the user guide when needed.

How to Access

You can access Zeki Assistant from the top bar of any page.

Click the Zeki Assistant icon to open the chat panel. The assistant will appear as a chat box on your screen, ready to interact.

How to Use

When you open Zeki Assistant, you’ll see a welcome message along with suggested questions. These recommendations are based on common user needs and help you get started quickly.

You can either select one of the suggested questions or type your own question directly into the chat. Zeki Assistant responds instantly with clear, step-by-step explanations tailored to your request.

While answering, Zeki Assistant may also provide links to relevant user guide sections. These links help you navigate to detailed documentation if you want to explore the topic further or follow a structured process.

This allows you to both complete your task quickly and access deeper guidance when needed.

You can continue the conversation by asking follow-up questions, refining your query, or switching to a completely different topic. The assistant maintains context during the conversation to provide more accurate and helpful responses.
