Integrations
Connect Dengage to the tools your team already uses. Go to Settings → Integrations in the Dengage panel to manage every integration in one place.
What you can do here
- Applications: Register the websites and mobile apps (Web, iOS, Android, Custom Inbox) that connect to Dengage through the SDK.
- Image Hosting: Upload campaign images once and reuse them in any channel.
- 3rd Party Integration: Connect tools such as Shopify, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Mixpanel, and WhatsApp. Some connectors need activation by your customer success manager first.
- Remote Sources: Import data from your own databases, such as MySQL or Google BigQuery.
- Remote Targets: Export contacts, events, or campaign results to external systems, such as AWS S3, Salesforce, or Facebook Custom Audience.
Each page above walks you through setup step by step.
Key terms
- Remote Source: an external database that Dengage reads data from.
- Remote Target: an external system that Dengage sends data to.
- Segment: a group of contacts that match rules you define, such as "customers who bought in the last 30 days."
- Remote query execution: Dengage runs your query directly on the external database and uses live results, without copying data into Dengage first.
Choose the right integration
- To bring customer data into Dengage, use a Remote Source. For example, build a segment of customers who abandoned a cart yesterday.
- To send data out of Dengage, use a Remote Target. For example, push a segment to Facebook Custom Audiences for ad retargeting.
- To sync with a specific platform, check the catalog in 3rd Party Integration.
