Onsite
This section contains all on-site content. It includes All on-site items and items Created by me. Moreover, you can create a new on-site item by using Visual Editor and HTML Editor. All on-site data will be stored under different folders, and you can also create new folder and save data into it. Search, filters, and sorting option is available to access the data quickly. You can also perform edit, duplicate, move and delete operations on each on-site item.
On-Site Listing
When selecting the "On-site" menu from the list, the system will display a screen containing all on-site items. This screen presents a list of available on-site items, along with the option to create a new one. Additionally, a folder structure is included, as all on-site items are organized within folders. Users have the ability to create new folders and assign on-site items to them.
- Folders: In this section, folders showcase on-site content, with each on-site item is being sorted into a designated folder. Users can create new folders and arrange on-site item within them. Moreover, they can utilize options like renaming, copying public IDs, moving items, and deleting folders to enhance organization and management.
Folders' Actions: In this section, you'll discover the actions you can take regarding a folder, such as creating a new folder, renaming an existing folder, or deleting a folder.
- Search On-Site Item: Users can utilize the system to search for any on-site content from the list.
- Apply Filters: Filters offer flexibility to personalize on-site content using several options: You can specify the platform as iOS, Android, or Web. Additionally, you can select languages and apply date-range filters based on both the updated date and creation date. Choosing the "Clear Filters" option will remove all applied filters. If you click on the cancel button, the pop-up will close.
- Apply Sorting: Users have the capability to sort the on-site content listing by two columns: Name and Last Edited On. For Name, sorting options encompass alphabetical and reverse alphabetical order. Regarding the Last Edited On column, sorting options comprise ascending and descending order based on dates.
Listing Actions
- View: Clicking on any on-site item will open its details, allowing you to update the information.
Actions: Clicking on the three dots next to any listing item will open a menu of action items, which may include:
- Create Campaign: When you click on the "Create Campaign" option, the system will redirect you to the create a campaign by completing the wizard.
- Edit: If you click on the Edit option, the system will open the on-site detail in editable mode. You can edit the following fields:
- Edit Name: You can edit the on-site item name.
- View Info: Click on info button and you will get the on-site item detail.
- More: When you click on the More button, the system will show three options: Save as Template, Duplicate Template, and Delete.
- Create Campaign: This option enables you to create a new campaign and trigger a wizard to create a new campaign.
- Test: When you click on the Test button, the system will open a pop-up with On-Site template as shown below.
- View Current Content (Desktop & Mobile): You can view the desktop view of the content under this section.
- Edit Content: This tab allows you to update the content detail. When you click on the Edit Content tab, the system will open two options: Copy from content and Create blank content. By clicking on any option, the Edit Content tab will be converted into the Draft Content and you will be allowed to update the information.
After the content is edited successfully
- Make any necessary changes and save it as a draft again for later use.
- Publish the content to make it ready for use in your email campaigns.
- Test provide facility to check what will be published.
- Duplicate: Used to duplicate the On-Site content.
- Move: This section allows you to move the item to another folder. Additionally, you can create a new folder here.
- Copy Public ID: Used to copy the public ID.
- Delete: Allows you to delete the on-site item after confirming with a confirmation message.
On-Site Created by me
In this section, you'll find all on-site content labeled as "Created by me." Here, users can explore and access the details of any on-site content.
- Search On-Site Content: Users are empowered to search for any on-site content within the system's listing.
- Apply Filters: Filters offer the flexibility to customize on-site content using various options. You can specify the platform as iOS, Android, or Web.
