AI Translator

The Translator feature allows you to automatically translate onsite content into multiple languages using ZekiAI. Instead of preparing each language version separately, you can create your content once, then instantly generate translations for additional languages. This helps ensure faster campaign setup, consistency across regions, and localized experiences for your users.

At this stage, the Translator is only available for Onsite contents created in the Visual Editor.

How to Access

To use the Translator, start by creating a new onsite content item:

  • Go to Content > Marketing > Onsite.
  • When creating content, select Visual Editor as the type.
  • Choose a template, such as a horizontal pop-up or any other available design.
  • Add a name for your content, and optionally include a description or assign it to a folder.
  • Click Next to open the content creation screen.

Once you are in the editor, you are ready to begin working with languages and translations.

How to Use

In the content creation screen, you will find the Add Languages section. This is where you manage the languages for your content and begin the translation process.

Add Languages

  • First, choose the option Copy from Content. This allows you to duplicate your original content into other language slots so that translations can be applied.
  • A modal called Select Language will open. Here, select the languages you want to include in your campaign, such as English, Italian, Polish, or Russian. You can choose multiple languages at once.
  • After making your selections, click Apply. The chosen languages will now appear as additional versions of your content.

At this point, the Translate with ZekiAI button will appear. Clicking this button opens the Translate Language modal, where you can configure how the translations are applied.

Translate

Inside the modal:

  • Select the source language from the dropdown menu. This is the language you originally wrote your content in.
  • Next, select the target languages into which the content will be translated. You do this by checking the boxes beside each desired language.

Target Language

  • You will see a cost note displayed: each selected target language costs 1 token. The modal will calculate and show the total number of tokens required based on your selections.

When you are ready, click Translate. ZekiAI will process your content and create translations for each selected language.

After translation, the new versions are added to your content automatically. You can switch between languages in the content editor to review the results. Each translation can be previewed, and if needed, you can make manual adjustments directly within the editor.

Using the Translator provides several advantages. It significantly speeds up the process of preparing multilingual onsite campaigns by removing the need for external translation tools or manual input. It ensures your content is consistent across different languages while still allowing you to edit and customize translations where necessary. This feature also makes it easier for teams to scale campaigns to international audiences without additional workload.
