Contact Extension Types

The Contact Extension Types feature allows you to manage multiple email addresses or phone numbers for a single user. This flexibility helps you ensure your campaigns reach users effectively by targeting their alternative contact details.

With this feature, you can:

• Add multiple contact addresses for users.
• Choose how campaigns are sent to these contacts: either to the default address or additional ones.

Adding a Contact Extension Type

• Click on the “Add” button.
• Add a new contact extension type:
  • Name: Specify a name for the extension type.
  • Channel: Indicate whether this applies to Email or SMS/MMS campaigns.Choose between Email or SMS/MMS.
  • Column Order: Define the order in which the extension type will appear.
• Click the Save button to confirm.
