Contact Unification

Contact Unification is a feature that allows users to merge multiple contact keys associated with a single email address. This functionality is particularly useful when integrating offline and online data sources, such as data from physical stores and websites, to create a unified customer profile.

You will see two toggles in this section:

Enabling Contact Unification

Turn on the Contact Unification toggle to activate the feature. When enabled, the system will start merging multiple contact keys linked to the same email address into a single unified profile.

Enabling Offline-Online Integration

Turn on the Offline Online toggle to integrate data from offline sources (e.g., physical stores) with online data (e.g., website activity).
