Push
This section explains the push function, enabling users to efficiently create push notifications. It facilitates swift communication by organizing pushes into folders for structured access. Additionally, users can create a new push notification by adding a title and selecting a folder.
All Push Listing
When selecting the push menu from the list, the system will show a screen containing all push notifications. This screen presents a list of available push notifications along with the option to create a new one. Additionally, a folder structure is included, organizing all push notifications within folders. Users can create new folders and assign push notifications to them.
- Folders: In this section, folders showcase Push messages, with each Push being sorted into a designated folder. Users can create new folders and arrange Push messages within them. Moreover, they can utilize options like renaming, copying public IDs, moving items, and deleting folders to enhance organization and management.
Folders' Actions: In this section, you'll discover the actions you can take regarding a folder!
Search Push: Users have the capability to utilize the system to search through the listing for any push notification.
- Apply Filters: Filters offer you the freedom to customize push notifications according to various criteria. You can designate the platform as iOS, Android, or Web. Furthermore, you have the option to choose languages and apply date-range filters based on both the updated and creation dates. Opting for the "Clear Filters" feature will eliminate all currently applied filters. Should you click the cancel button, the pop-up will close.
- Apply Sorting: Users can sort the push listing by two columns: Push Name and Last Edited On. When sorting by Push Name, options include alphabetical and reverse alphabetical order. Sorting by the Last Edited On column offers choices of ascending and descending order based on dates.
Listing Actions
- View: When you click on a push, its details will open, enabling you to update the push details as needed.
Actions: Clicking on the three dots next to any push will open a menu of action items, which may include:
- Edit: Selecting the "edit" option will prompt the system to open the push detail in editable mode. You can then modify the following fields:
After the content is edited successfully
- Make any necessary changes and save it as a draft again for later use.
- Publish the content to make it ready for use in your email campaigns.
- Test provide facility to check what will be published.
- Duplicate: This option allows to duplicate the SMS from listing.
- Move: You can choose to move the SMS from one folder to another within the listing. Moreover, you have the ability to create a new folder and transfer SMS messages to it.
- Copy Public ID: This option allows to Copy the Public ID.
- Delete: When you click on the delete option, the system will show a confirmation pop-up.
Push Created by me
In this section, you'll discover all push notifications labeled as "Created by me." Here, users can explore and access the specifics of any push notification.
- Search Push Notification: Users are empowered to search for any push notification within the push listing provided by the system.
- Apply Filters: Filters provide you with the flexibility to personalize push notifications using several options: You can specify the platform as iOS, Android, or Web. Additionally, you can select languages and apply date-range filters based on both the updated date and creation date. Choosing the "Clear Filters" option will remove all applied filters. If you click on the cancel button, the pop-up will close.

Create Push Notification
When you click the "New" button, the system will redirect you to initiate a new Push.
General
- Name: This field allows the user to enter the name of the push notification.
- Change Folder: To switch folders, simply click on the "Change Folder" button.
Content
- Add Languages: This field allows for the addition of multiple languages. Clicking the "Add languages" button will present two options: "Copy from Content" and "Create Blank Content" for adding a new language.
- Title: Add a title to the content with options to include emojis. When you click the emoji icon, an emoji pop-up will appear, as shown below.
- Messages: You can add any message value here. Clicking the emoji icon will open an emoji pop-up, as shown below.
- Select Platform: You can choose the platform from iOS, Android, and Web options. Each platform contains distinct settings, as illustrated below.
- iOS Settings: This field allows you to customize the iOS platform settings and configure the values for the fields shown below.
- Android Settings: This field allows you to customize the Android platform settings and set the values for the fields shown below.
3.Web Settings: This field allows you to customize the Web platform settings and set the values for the fields shown belo w.
- Custom Parameters: You can add Key and Value parameters by clicking the "Add Parameters" button. In the "Value" field, you can also include custom tags. Once a parameter is added, you will have the option to delete it. Please note that you can add a maximum of five parameters at a time.
