Push
This section outlines the push function, empowering users to efficiently generate push notifications. It greatly facilitates swift communication by organizing pushes into folders for structured access. Additionally, users can create a new push notification by adding a title and selecting a folder.
Push Listing
When selecting the push menu from the list, the system will display a screen containing all push notifications. This screen presents a list of available push notifications along with the option to create a new one. Additionally, a folder structure is included as all push notifications are organized within folders. Users have the ability to create new folders and assign push notifications to them.
- Folders: In this section, folders showcase Push messages, with each Push being sorted into a designated folder. Users can create new folders and arrange Push messages within them. Moreover, they can utilize options like renaming, copying public IDs, moving items, and deleting folders to enhance organization and management.
Folders' Actions: In this section, you'll discover the actions you can take regarding a folder!
- Search Push: Users can utilize the system to search for any push notification from the listing.
- Apply Filters: Filters provide you with the flexibility to personalize push notifications using several options: You can specify the platform as iOS, Android, or Web. Additionally, you can select languages and apply date-range filters based on both the updated date and creation date. Choosing the "Clear Filters" option will remove all applied filters. If you click on the cancel button, the pop-up will close.
- Apply Sorting: Users have the capability to sort the push listing by two columns: Push Name and Last Edited On. For Push Name, sorting options encompass alphabetical and reverse alphabetical order. Regarding the Last Edited On column, sorting options comprise ascending and descending order based on dates.
Listing Actions
- View: Clicking on a Push will open its details, allowing you to update the Push detail as well.
Actions: Clicking on the three dots next to any Push will open a menu of action items, which may include:
- Create Campaign: This option will allow you to create a new campaign. When you click on the Create Campaign option, the system will show a pop-up to select a One-time or Recurring campaign. Both campaigns will be created by completing all the wizard steps.
- Edit: If you click on the edit option, the system will open the Push detail in the editable mode. You can edit the following fields:
After the content is edited successfully
- Make any necessary changes and save it as a draft again for later use.
- Publish the content to make it ready for use in your email campaigns.
- Test provide facility to check what will be published.
- Duplicate: This option allows to duplicate the SMS from listing.
- Move: You have the option to move the SMS from one folder to another within the listing. Additionally, you can create a new folder and relocate SMS messages to that folder as well.
- Copy Public ID: This option allows to Copy the Public ID.
- Delete: When you click on the delete option, the system will show a confirmation pop-up.
Push Created by Me
In this section, you'll discover all push notifications labeled as "Created by me." Here, users can explore and access the specifics of any push notification.
- Search Push Notification: Users are empowered to search for any push notification within the push listing provided by the system.
