GetUpdateLog

The changes in specific columns of a contact in master_contact table are logged in the system. This includes changes to: ContactStatus, Email, EmailStatus, GsmStatus, EmailPermission, GsmPermission, and Gsm.

GetUpdateLog retrieves the status and permission log history of a contact with timestamps, reasons, and metadata about who made the changes.
