SendTransactionalBulkPushByTokenList function sends bulk transactional push messages to recipients using device tokens. This endpoint allows sending multiple different contents to multiple recipients in a single request with support for inbox parameters, custom parameters and language-specific content. Limited to a maximum of 50 different contents can be sent per request and a maximum of 100 recipients for each content.
