GetTransactionalVmtaList
GetTransactionalVmtaList retrieves the ids and names of the dedicated VMTAs for the account. These VMTAa are used for transactional message sending. Please be careful using these VMTAs since only transactional email messages with no promotional content body should through these VMTAs.
