QuerySimcardChange api is used to query sim card change status with MSISDN

Mobile Phone number. msisdn parameter should be in following formats.

(optional) Specifies day number when the query since from. For Turk Telekom it should be 90 days maximum.

(optional) Mobile Operator. If no operator provided, system will check all the operators with right order depending the phone number. It will be return with first match. operator parameter should be in following values.

53 - Turkcell

54 - Vodafone

55 - Turk Telekom
