1️⃣ Typeform Integration is available now
We're thrilled to announce our latest platform integration: Typeform is now available in our OnSite Campaign Builder.
Your favorite survey creation tool is now at your fingertips, right within our platform. With this integration, you can directly use your Typeform surveys through our intuitive pop-up builder, enriching your engagement capabilities.
Whether you're seeking customer feedback, conducting market research, or engaging users in a unique and interactive way, you can now do it all seamlessly without leaving our platform.
This powerful integration enhances not only the flexibility of your data collection methods but also the efficiency of your workflows.
Visit the Typeform page to learn how to configure the integration steps and use Typeform within your OnSite Campaigns
2️⃣ Enhanced SendList Method Responses with Tag Information
We have enhanced the SendList Methods to include Tag Information in the response schema
The response schema now includes a new field called TagResponseList
For campaigns without tags, the TagResponseList
field will return Null
{ "TagResponseList": null }
For campaigns with tags, the TagResponseList
field will return a list containing the following parameters: TagId
and TagName
{"TagResponseList":[
{
"TagId": 88,
"TagName": "frequency"
}
]}
List of methods that include this field
3️⃣ IP Restriction on REST API Calls
We have introduced IP Restriction functionality in the Identity & Access Management settings, allowing you to enable IP Restriction by specifying specific IP addresses.
Check out IP Restriction page to understand how to configure IP Restriction settings
4️⃣ New Metrics are added on Channel Report
Total Sent count on In-App & On Site Channel Report
We have introduced the Total Sent count information for in-app and onsite campaigns. This count represents the number of prepared messages to be sent, also known as the 'relayed count'
The Channel Report grid initially displays metrics specifically for the Email channel. To view metrics for the In-App and On-Site channels, you can apply a filter to the grid by selecting either of these options.
Subject information on Email Channel Report
We have added the subject information for the email channel on the Channel Report page. You can select the subject information on both the listing page and when downloading the report.
5️⃣ AWS S3 as Remote Target
We can now connect AWS S3 as a remote target to the existing system. Once S3 is connected, we can transfer the results of queries, prepared either through the automated flow or manually with Segment or SQL Editor, directly to S3
Configuration for AWS S3 should be carried out via the Remote Target menu under Integration Settings. Please note, this is only available for Data Export methods through Segment and SQL Editor
6️⃣ Web API Call as Remote Target
We're pleased to announce the addition of the Web API method to export data. This enhancement enables direct data export from our platform to your endpoints, streamlining data accessibility and control. This improved functionality paves the way for greater control over data flow and significantly simplifies data accessibility.
Check out Web API Call page to understand how to configure IP Restriction settings
Configuration for Web API should be carried out via the Remote Target menu under Integration Settings
Enabling Http2 and gzip
In the remote target web API definition, there are settings for HTTP2 and gzip compression to reduce data transfer. When these settings are enabled, the corresponding endpoint needs to be prepared accordingly. That is, the API needs to accommodate HTTP2 requests or be able to read data according to gzip compression.
7️⃣ Oracle as a Remote Target to Export Incremental Logs
We're excited to announce that we've expanded our capabilities for exporting incremental logs. While previously our system supported only MS SQL and Google Big Query for this function, we have now added Oracle to our supported platforms. This means that you can now select Oracle as a target for your incremental logs, providing more flexibility and control over your data management processes.
Please note that before you can set up an automated flow for incremental logs to Oracle, it must first be added as an option in the Remote Target settings of our system.
