WhatsApp Auto Reply allows you to automatically send a predefined message when a user initiates a WhatsApp conversation with your business.
When a conversation starts, WhatsApp opens a 24-hour messaging window. During this window, the configured auto-reply is sent instantly.
Where to Access
- Go to Settings > Integrations > 3rd Party Integration
- Select WhatsApp
- Click Details
- Edit your configured WhatsApp Business API
- Navigate to the Auto Reply tab
