Stay Informed Instantly: Alerts for No Audience in One-Time Campaigns
We have extended the No Audience Alert feature to include One-Time Campaigns. If a campaign is launched with no target audience, the system will now automatically send an alert email to the designated recipients. This capability was previously available only for recurring campaigns.
Why it matters
Sending a campaign with zero audience wastes effort and can create confusion for teams monitoring performance. With this update, marketers are notified immediately if a one-time campaign has no valid audience 🎯. This helps ensure campaigns are properly configured, saving time and avoiding mistakes before they impact reporting.
How to get started
Go to Settings > Campaign Configurations > Alert Emails. Under the new field No Audience in One-Time Campaign Alert, add the email addresses that should receive the notification.

⏱️ Leave it unchecked to only receive alerts during your defined time window.
Save your settings, and you will now receive notifications for both recurring and one-time campaigns when no audience is found.
