Remote Segment Columns for Personalization

Remote Segment Columns allow you to use columns returned from a remote source segment as dynamic variables inside your content.

These variables are available across all supported channel editors including Email, WhatsApp, In-App, and Onsite.

How It Works

• Select a remote-source segment
• Open the content editor
• Click Add Customization
• Navigate to the Columns from Remote Segment tab
• Insert selected column as a dynamic variable
