Deliver at the Right Moment Everywhere: Time Zone Based Delivery
We have introduced Time Zone Based Delivery for recurring campaigns. This feature ensures that each message is delivered according to the recipient’s local time zone, rather than a single fixed schedule. Whether you are sending a birthday greeting, a promotional offer, or a recurring update, campaigns now adjust automatically based on where each customer is located.
Why it matters

Global audiences live in different time zones, and sending at the wrong hour often leads to poor engagement or missed opportunities. With Time Zone Based Delivery 🌍, marketers can ensure messages reach users at the most relevant local time, improving open rates, engagement, and conversion. This makes campaigns feel more personal and timely while removing the complexity of managing multiple regional schedules.
How to get started
To enable this feature, create a new Recurring Campaign from either Campaign > Flows > New > Recurring or directly from the Content > Create Campaign screen. In the Schedule Options, select Time Zone Based Delivery. Choose your start date and time, and the system will automatically adjust for each user’s time zone.
Make sure your database includes a valid IANA time zone in the master_contact and master_device tables, and that your SDK version is up to date. If no valid time zone is found, deliveries will default to the account’s defined time zone.
