Connect CRM to CXDP: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integration

We’ve added a native integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365, allowing you to sync Contacts, Leads, Accounts, and Opportunities directly into D·engage. The connection is secured via Azure and Power Platform, ensuring seamless data flow between your CRM and engagement platform.

  • Save time by removing manual data exports and imports.

How to get started

  1. In Azure, register a new app, assign API permissions, and generate a Client ID, Tenant ID, and Secret.

  2. In Power Platform Admin Center, create an Application User with the required roles.

  3. In D·engage, go to Settings > Integrations > 3rd Party Integrations and select Microsoft Dynamics 365.

  4. Enter your credentials (Tenant ID, Client ID, Client Secret, and CRM URL) and click Connect.

  5. Choose which data entities (Contacts, Leads, Accounts, Opportunities) to sync and start using them in Segments and Campaigns 🚀.
