Speak to Every Visitor: Language Support for Onsite Template Content
We have added multilingual support for Onsite Template Content, allowing you to create and manage onsite experiences in multiple languages. When adding a new language, you can either copy from existing content for faster setup or start with a blank version for fully customized entries.
Why it matters
Onsite personalization is most effective when it speaks the visitor’s language. With this update, marketers can manage multiple translations in one place, ensuring that every user sees the right message in the right language. Content is displayed based on page language, then browser language, and finally falls back to the default, ensuring visitors always see relevant content 🌐.
How to get started
Go to Content > Marketing > Onsite and create new content using either the Visual or HTML Editor. In the Content section, click Add Languages, then:
-
Select Copy From Content to duplicate existing fields into the new language.
-
Select Create Blank Content to start fresh.
-
Fill in mandatory fields for each language before saving or publishing.
Default language settings are managed under Settings > Campaign Configurations > Content Languages. You can also edit or deactivate languages anytime, with the option to reactivate them later ✅.
