Smarter Onsite Campaigns with A/B Testing

The new A/B Testing feature lets you test multiple onsite content variations (pop-ups, banners, bars, etc.) to discover which one drives the best results. You can split traffic across variants, monitor performance, and let the system automatically declare a winner or select one manually.

No more guessing which message works best. With A/B testing, you can optimize onsite campaigns based on real visitor behavior, improving click-through rates and conversions while continuously learning what resonates with your audience.

How to get started

  • Go to Campaign > Targeting > On-Site

  • Click New and set up campaign details (name, schedule, audience, platform)

  • Scroll to Testing and switch A/B Testing ON

  • Add your content variants (Control, Variant A, Variant B)

  • Decide on traffic split: Equal or Custom

  • Define a test duration (up to 30 days) and launch

Tracking results

  • View reports under Campaign > Targeting > On-Site

  • See traffic split, visitor counts, clicks, CTRs, and current status of each variant

  • Winner is declared automatically when one variant significantly outperforms the rest

  • Or, choose your own winner manually anytime
