More Flexibility in Data Export: PostgreSQL and ODBC as Remote Targets

We have expanded the Data Export options in Automated Flow by adding support for PostgreSQL and ODBC as remote targets. Marketers can now export data directly from flows into PostgreSQL databases or any ODBC-supported database. Both options come with a schema/table selection interface or manual entry, depending on your permissions, and a mapping tool to align Dengage fields with database columns.

Why it matters

Data exports are a critical step for connecting campaigns with your wider data ecosystem. By supporting PostgreSQL and ODBC 🎯, you gain the flexibility to sync Dengage with more enterprise databases, analytics tools, and custom environments. This reduces manual work, ensures data consistency across systems, and allows your teams to activate insights faster without engineering bottlenecks ⚡.

How to get started

Go to Campaign > Automated Flow > Data Export Node.

  • Select PostgreSQL or ODBC under Remote Target.

  • Define your schema and table, or manually input the table name if permissions are limited.

  • Use the mapping interface to connect Dengage fields with your database columns.

Before exporting, make sure you have configured your remote target in Settings > Integrations > Remote Targets by adding the required credentials. Once configured, PostgreSQL and ODBC targets are ready to use in your export flows.
